Our Certified Personal Trainers will help you meet, or exceed, your personal fitness goals. Sessions may include body composition testing, measurements, cardio and strength training, core conditioning, stretching... it all depends on you. Whether you need extra motiviation to get you going or a new routine in the weight room, let the trainers at BAC set you in the right direction. You can book trainers in 30, 45, 60 and 90 minute sessions.
